Aubrey's Verse
The Poetry Promoter (anonymous) presents an inspiring work from Aubrey Mejia. Illusion was recently read at The Coffee Beam and Tea Leaf in Mira Mesa ( San Diego), California during a Women In Literature Spoken Word performance. The Miramar College Literature group was happy to work Aubrey into the line-up so she might astound us with her vital verse. Aubrey is an 8th grader from The Charter School of San Diego who listens to Tool while she avoids doing her school work (well, not all the time).
