Not only is Audre Lorde able to write a poem to convey the strength and courage of women but also to clearly define some of the issues that women, lesbians and african-americans face. In her beautiful, forceful poetry she sets new boundaries for a truly feminist identity. She is an inspiration and an amazing poet. Thanks for the article, david! --meli
