Regardless of the horror and the bloodshed

Inspite of all the evil in the world

Let a Christmas Spirit take you by your heart

And help you find

The peace and love you long for in your life.

Without thinking of the terrible injustice

The world has heaped upon us in this year

Let us all rejoice in knowing, in his heaven

Our God is hearing

As we bend a knee to pray

Look down the road of dreams and new beginnings

To see the light that shines there in the dark

Know the love of those who truly feel your spirit

They are the ones

Who sail inside your mind and heart

.

And when the seasons happiness and joy is slowly fading

And we know the new years racing down the road

Look behind you only for perspective

Fill all the year

With the love you feel right now
